How to sync data between office computer and home computer, once a day sync is good enough? I was thinking the following ...

1. Install ssh server on the office computer
2. Connect from home to office using ssh
3. Copy necessary files from office computer to home computer using scp.

Is there any off the shelf software that can do this?

Things i found in this context
1. http://www.online-tech-tips.com/sof...

2. Use logmein software (pro version) to sync files between 2 computers

I use Windows Live Sync. It is free and it works very well.
