Just tried to update symantec system works 2002. There were updates for speed disk and norton utilities. It downloaded the files no problem, but wouldn't update. I'm using XP Pro & never had problems before. Any advice would be greatful. Many Thanks

I won't be much help but I just wanted to say that I've been having problems with Norton's updates as well. Especially with the scan disk update. It just won't install:(:(:( I will let you know if I find a solution.

Thanks for the help. Instalation of NSW was no problem, but updating was a big problem. I think Symanyec are playing with fair paying customers. Never had this problem before and by all accounts many other people are having the same problems. Please HELP !!
