Please can you advise... Every time I start the computer I now get "you must download the latest symantec redirector patch before you can receive any more intrusion detection signatures" I have ran live udate several times still same..To assist you ...I have just reformated my hard drive and re installed every thing back all good but for the above message I have also tried this.....Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (WICU).... from In the WICU, highlight "Symantec Network Driver Update" and click Remove button... but I dont have a file named..Symantec Network Driver Update Thank you PS I have also been talking to Symantec Enginers ..Thats why Im here !!

Did the Symantec engineers have you check that you have the latest version of "liveupdate" installed? If not check what version you have in add/remove programs, it should be 3.2.041. If it is not get the new version at this site; http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/fi...

Summary: ive just downloaded the latest patch for easy cd creator v5 platinuim and its solved all my problems..now i can read my cd's again so anyone having problems reading theres i suggest download new patch...
