I have Sygate firewall 5.0. Just after I connect to my ISP it says that Win32 services is trying to connect to a certain IP address which is always the same. I've been allowing it but not sure whether I should block it. Can anyone advise me please?

If you are not using the services, you can block them all. I have Sygate set to block everything or ask and have not had any problems. If you find you need to allow access for something, just change the rule.
