when installing winxp right? is it when it says windows instalation (step 4) or something? what is the full or at least which folder it refers to when it shows the error??

This is what i keep getting

I got the same error when I was trying to upgrade my Win98SE on a Compaq Deskpro 2000 Pentium II PC. Did you resolve the issue?

did anyone ever find out how to fix this. i'm having the same problem and i don't know how to fix it. do i have do download some kind of update before i install and if so where do i get it. please let me know if anyone does know. thanks
