For Win XP

I have shutdown, restart, log off shortcuts. But I need a switch user or return to welcome screen short cut if possible.

Thanks.

Maybe this:
Start,
Control Panel,
click User Accounts,
then "Change the way users log on or off",
check mark "Use fast user switching"

I know about those two options, but want somthing easier for a general use computer, such as a shortcut on the desktop.

1. Right click on the desktop

2. Choose NEW > SHORTCUT

3. Type in %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation

4. Click NEXT and type in the name you want or "Switch Users "

5. Click on FINISH then right click on the SHORTCUT you've just made and choose PROPERTIES > CHANGE ICON then select the icon you want from a list of icons.. and then click on OK and close the window.
