If you actually have Macromedia Flash MX installed you can convert them to .AVI and .WMF by clicking file > export movie > then in that window change the filetype to AVI or whatever you want.

there`s a great tool by geovid.com which converts flash to avi or mp4 or ASF/WMV video format Flash to Video Encoder PRO you may add watermarks, logos and copiright messages to video file. Try this!

really, geovid flash to video encoder works perfectly but... it's not free :( not long ago i've found geovid's free online converting service, may be it will be helpful for you if you try it http://vidflash.com
