Specs: Windows XP, 2Gz 1Gb
I wanna 2 swap my ADSL internet from Desktop PC to my ACER Laptop how can i do that ???

Why not use a router and use them both together. If all you have in an ADSL modem then all you need do is unplug from one and plug into the other. Set network configuration to get IP address automatically and reboot.

I quite new and not know much about network :(
I will be thankful if you explain how at time i can used both Desktop and laptop with router and which router is made up for that ? and any configuration need to setup that ???

Almost any router designed for a home network will do, it is just a matter of deciding on price. Don't get one with a built in modem as you already have one.

As for setting it up, that depends on what you buy. They are all different but they do come with comprehensive instructions but it is not difficult.

Something like this will do. It does say cable router but it will work ADSL.

Just plug the modem into the WAN port of the router and each computer into one of the LAN sockets and run the configuration. It will probably work out of the box with the default configuration.
