Specs: Windows XP
Hey, i've bought an s-video cable to attach my computer to the tele but when i plug it into my computer and right click on the desktop to change the display to television the option doesn't show up in graphics options. I've tried it with my mate's computer and it works so the cable is fine, it just doesn't work with mine. Can anyone help?

Since you haven't listed a single thing about your system, it's almost impossible to say. But if I had to guess, I'd say you need to update the graphics driver.

OK i've downloaded the latest driver for my graphics card and installed it but the s-video connection still isn't working. I reckon there's something wrong with my s-video port, i tried finding it in the device manager but i have no idea what it's called. Is it the same as the graphics card or different?
