svchost32.exe using 100%

CPU/Ram: p4 2.4 ghz, 512mb

I don't know much about computers but this svchost32.exe is using 100% of my computer and is making my computer run very slow. Anything i can do to fix this?

You may have the W32/Mimail.gen@MM worm on your PC, it usually comes in the form of a bogus Paypal message. Update your AV software and scan your PC or use the online scan available here!.

You can also get more info about it's manual removal here too, if it turns out that you do have it.
