CPU/Ram: 1.8 c2d/ 1GB RAM
Product: Dell / OPTIPLEX320

Dear All,
I have 50 pc's network installed Windows XP Pro SP2, all systems are client of Domain as Windows Server 2K3.
Now I face a problem on all my clients PC like when we start any client PC an error comes to say " to help protect your computer
windows has closed this program.-Generic Host Process for Win32 Services."
After closing this message after a few minutes a diffrent massage come to say "The Instruction at 0x030ef496 refrenced memory at 0x030ef496 the memory could not be writen-
OK for termintae
calcle for debug.

to click any option finally system goes hang.

please solve this problem any one.
