SVCHOST Application error

Every time i go to shut down I get this message "SVCHOST.EXE APPLICATION ERROR--Instruction at 0X00000019 referenced memory at 0x00000019...The memory could not be "written" Any idea WHAT this is and how to stop it??

how do i STOP .net messenger from automatically opening up?

If you have a HP device, go to their site & get the latest drivers.
