hey guys,
At work we do a lot of work on our client's computers that requires us to relogin as the administrative account. Is there a way to run certain programs with administrative privileges without having to login as admin?
I know for certain things you open it automatically brings up the 'RUNAS' dialog but what about when you want to change TCP/IP settings through network connections?

One possible way to overcome the scenario is to elevate all users to Power User profile. However, since manipulating TCP-IP requires Admin login, you are stuck. One possible way to over come such network setting changes would be create a script based IP change and then use program such as CC to "push" the cahnges. So, during next boot cycle those updates wil take into effect and you need not login at all.
Above statements assume you are in an Intre-network, and not extra/Inter-network setting.(to prevent security vulbnerability)
