My desktop computer all of a sudden today started telling me things like "This was disabled by administrator" I have the only administrative account and i havent messed with any of the permissions I dont even know how. the ONLY thing that might be it is that I used the program Security Task Manager to quarantine the process msmsg.exe (msn messenger) because every time I looked in my task manager it was there using up my memory and i rarely use that messenger. I created a restore point before quarantining the file and I restored it, that didnt help I also uninstalled msn messenger and that didnt work so I dont know what to do now besides have to reformat, IF it will let me do that. It doesnt even let me log onto yahoo. Im on a laptop now. How can I fix it?
