Stuttering sound in Media Player

In windows media player, when i try to play an mp3 with the visualizations on, the sound is stuttered and the visualization is slowed. It sounds like a bad FM radio signal. On another computer, visualizations and mp3s play together just fine. That computer has a TNT2 card in it, and my computer has an All-in-Wonder 128Pro PCI card as the primary card and a Radeon 7000 PCI card as the secondary card. Is my problem the AIW card being too slow to render the visualization, or is it something else?

Maybe this will help, go to run and type "dxdiag" it will take you to your DirectX diagnostics. Go to sound and try slowing down the sound acceleration. Hope you fix your problem.
