This will show up in device manager next to a device and is meant to tell you that the device has a driver problem or is not installed properly.

everything in device manager is ok, this just started and so far everything appears to be working alright, thanx for the suggestion

Where is it showing up! Normally Yellow triangles are with exclamation marks are Warning signs indicating there is something not quite right and therefore demands you attention. Have a look in the Event Viewer as this will show some information.

sorry, its in my taskbar.....and it shows me nothing, when I click on it, it just goes away to reappear very shortly....

event viewer says the source is ntfs, and a {delayed write failed}

this happened to me, and i found out it was my sound card. try reseating your sound card.. it worked for me

Summary: In the interest of keeping things simple and inexpensive, I would also agree with the second hard drive solution. Unless you have tons and tons of stuff, you can also keep some things on C-R's or CD-R...
