Strip Dell Boot Check from XP Prof

Specs: Windows XP Professional
I'm trying to strip away the Dell boot check from Windows XP Prof (I have slipstreamed Dell XP Pro SP1a CD with SP2 and made a bootable CD).
Now I know that in Win 2k, this was done by editing the bchk32.exe and setupldr.bin files in a hex editor. There is no bchk32.exe in XP Prof, but there is setupldr.bin in the I386 folder. What is the equivalent for bchk32.exe in XP Prof? Is it autochk.exe, autofmt.exe, bootfix.bin? Any other file I should look for?
How do I strip away the Dell boot check so that it passes with '+++' even if its not a Dell system?

What you propose is illegal and against the rules of this and many forums on the internet.

I'd tell him for $30,000,000,000.00 USD.

I didn't my bailout or bonus yet.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
