I am running XP and I am finding it almost impossible to run Straming videos from the Internet. They are slow and jumpy, not like Win98. I have all the codecs etc. Is XP ready for this yet or not????

You need to open windows media player and configure it properly. Once open click on tools and option and use the network tab and performance tab to configure your player.

I opened the tools menu but am lost as to what to change. Everything is back on default but the videos are the same..stop-start. Can you tell me what to change please as I have no idea...Bob
