I'm trying to watch some streaming videos off of a website but it'll play like 2 seconds of it and stop and then wait and then 2 more seconds and stop. Is there a way I could just download it to my computer so it'll play all at once? Its part of like a flash swf file I think

Hmmm...download an utility called 'Flashgrabber' (i hope I got the name right) or maybe 'Flashget' and then search for the swf in IE cache - you also have the option of downloading the same from the website directly.
