I haven't checked msconfig is likely a year or so (I've never had a need to), but I was looking at my startup enture today and I found these two entires:

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows:Run

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows:Load

Neither one of these has a Startup Item or Command, they only have a Location listed.

A "quick scan" with Avira reveals nothing to be running, as do similar "quick scans" with SUPERAntiSpyware and a-squared.

Does anyone have any idea what there entries are?

Look at the entries in those Reg keys.

You should always check MSCONFIG from time to time ,around once a month or so. You would be surprised at the things that are added to it without your knowledge !
