Solved Strange SPLIT screen codec problem

Specs: Windows Vista, 4000+ / 2gb DDR
Hi I was wondering if anyone knew what the cause if of a recent problem I started seeing in my video playback the video is diagonally split from top left to bottom right and the images are like mirrored that is the bottom left of the image is appearing in the top right I will do a screenshot.

It ONLY shows up like this is certain playback media such as ManyCam but not on MPC Home Cinema.

But first I use the latest K-lite Codec pack
