Strange message header

I received this header on an email message sent to me by a friend. I have tried to find out what it means, but have no idea. Anyone have a clue, or is it just garbage that can be ignored.

My guess is that it's the result of a scan from either yours or his anti-virus software. If you have it set, AV programs can scan incoming and outgoing mail. Or the ISP or mail service that he or you use could have scanned it to make sure that he wasn't using their system to distribute a virus.
