Strange folders appear on my hard drive randomly, with long alpha-numeric names. They remind me of TEMP folders and contain the same thing: a sub-folder called SP2, another sub-folder, and an UPDATE.exe which gives me an error saying Update.ini couldn't be found. I beleive they are left over Temp folders for Windows Update, is it safe to delete them?
