strange folder in c

Found a new folder or file in c. It's named inetpub and contains inetpub\wwwroot and inetpub\issamples. This sounds like some thing I can delete. can I, with out problems? I appreciate your help.

inetpub is there because someone has installed on ur computer iiS from microsoft its a web server if u put a index.html page into the rep www than u go on explorer and type localhost u shoul see that page .. but yes u can delete it ..
