Strange emails

I keep getting messges fom Zonealarm to say that services.exe is trying to send an email. I stop it but how can I find out what is sending the messages -I suspect I have a trojan that is trying to send information.
You probably have an unsent email in your email folder and it is trying to send it.

No thats my problem - there is nothing in my outbox, something else in my system is trying to send an email to an IP address that appears to be a porn site - to http://209.216.124.163:21 My firewall stops it but it keeps trying every now and again
