Hi,
Strange problem, when i start my pc, it first starts up normally... No problems going trough POST, then the windows logo appears, it loads for about 10 sec and then the screen goes blank... Now normally this would only take a few seconds and it will go to your desktop, but the blank screen stays there for about 2-3 minutes! (which feels like 15 minutes when you're staring at nothing but a black screen) ..but other than this strange delay windows works perfectly fine, (it's not slow or full of background apps or anything)
So does anyone know how to fix this? i really can't live with such a rediculous boot up time...

You could try a System Restore to before this started.

You'd need to enable boot logging and review to see what's happening. System restore would be the best fix, next would be to repair/install.
If you can boot into safe mode, then I'd attempt to review the errors on the system to find the problem, otherwise attempt one of these recovery efforts.
Also would be important to make sure you don't have any malware installed on the PC that could be behind this issue.
