Whenever my machine boots to windows, I see a blue screen with the following info STOP:c000021a {Fatal System Error} The windows susbsystem system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x7c9106c3 0x0069da18). Please help me out on how how to solve this problem
Basically, press F8 during startup before the winlogo comes up, and choose "last configuration that worked"
I have had this same problem. If the last known good configuration does not work you may have to reinstall the operating system. If you are running a raid or SCSI controller during set up it says to push F6 to load those drivers push F7 instead.
