When I shutdown my windows XP pro, always a blue screen appears warning - STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The windows log on process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down. I did search all over the web for error messages but this code of 0x00000000 is not available in their error lists. Those only start from 0x0000000A or something with a digit or letters. So anyone has ever faced this before? If please help me to solve this.

I have the exact error and it is not letting me do anything with Dr Watson. Also it is not the same error as mentioned in the Microsoft help so it probably is not the same solution
