Still Have Not resolved this.....I try to download the Hotmail attachments in emails sent to me. It 1st tells me no viruses found. Then I have the option to download it. When I click on download, It opens up a new window asking me for my password again. If I put in my password it goes right back to my mailbox. So I end up having to 2 windows open for my mailbox and I never see the attachment. The same thing is happening with my Parents PC.....Any Ideas?

Thanks

Thanks JohnW..I did check on all that..But still nothing. I use Hotmail within Internet Explorer. I do not use Outlook Express. I do have Outlook 2000 but rarely use it and my settings have been the same before this problem. So, I´m back to the beginning...

Uninstall & see what happens .
