still can't enable add-ons

i tried going to tools then Internet options then advanced and reset but it still does not work... i still have the add-ons disabled and i want them enabled

Try Tools, Internet options, Programs, Reset Web Settings. Or, Programs, Manage Add-ons. Enable the ones you want.
