Sticky Keys....GRRRR!

How do I turn this #@!% feature off? I got some new pinball games and I can't get to play them because the stupid sticky keys keep activating and causing the flippers to stick. I looked in Add/Remove/Windows Setup and those morons at Microsoft didn't put a way to remove the accessibility features like they did in previous Windows versions.

And what if the accessibility options aint there and when ya do 5 times shift and try to open settings it wont work ?? i get very pissed of about those sticky keys but i cant find a way to turn them off... can ya help me ??
