Hi there I Have a wierd problem. For example when i go into my recycle bin the status bar at the bottom of the screen is gone i have to manualy go up to View and click on status bar for it to be displayed. This happens on evey screen i bring up except Internet explorer. When i click on the staus bar option and display it, and say exit out of the recycle bin and go back in its gone again. is there a file missing on my comp. how can i fix this. I have before actually reformated my comp just for this and it worked. But now its gone again. Its not a big deal, its just one of those annyoing thinks Please help Thanks Bruce

Start Windows Explorer and enable the Status Bar. While there go to Tools on the Menu Bar, then Folder Options and on the View tab select "Apply to All Folders".
Summary: The status bar on all of my windows keep dissapearing, no matter how many times I make them visible. Is there any way to keep them in view, instead of having to turn them on when I notice they're gon...
