How to rid computer speaker static replaced the entire system, no difference.
Is there a filter available.
This computers music/video use is ZERO.

It's better to find the source of the static rather than trying to filter it. The usual source of static is external power interference - check by moving the system to another room, or internal connections, often the one that connects the speaker system to the computer - switch cleaner can help in those situations.
