Everytime i startup my XP I get a RUNDLL error that says : "An exception occured while trying to run C:\WINDOWS\NEWDOT~2.dll,NewDotNetStartup"

I did have the .NET framework installed. Got rid of it. When i try to uninstall New.Net Application from control panel it just hangs my computer.

ANy ideas how i could get rid of this?
