i try to set the startup page in internet explorer in the internet option tab. but when i restart the computer its always come back on the page it was set before. somebody knows why???

Try this when you are in internet options.connections tab> click on LAN settings and uncheck the auto config and auto detect boxes.

I find setting the startup page confusing. Enter the URL you want, then hit use current. You can check to see if it stays by closing IE and opening it again.
Otherwise, you may have spyware that's doing this. Get adaware at lavasoft.com and spybot at spybot.com, and run checks with both. That may help.
