I recently found the file hpztsbo5.exe on my startup config. Can anyone tell me what it does/is, and if I need it?

Probably a file your HP printer uses.

I have hpztsb08.exe on my computer. I suspect you have an HP computer. I did a little digging and came up with it being HPDJ Taskbar Utility. It's in the c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3 directory. You decide if you want to get rid of it. I don't know what it does but hopefully I gave you some kind of clue. <><><>Tope<><><>

Ah, now I see it. DJ would be Desk Jet. I don't think you need it, but it's your decision. <><><>Tope<><><>

You can safely stop it starting on boot through msconfig, its not needed on boot and it will start anyway when you send a job to the printer.
