starting up problem

helow guys..i have starting up problem...heres what i did. long time ago i install vista window THEME, yesterday i was tryin to install longhorn THEME, it showed me a message that i have to unistall the previous theme in order to install longhorn and i did that and when it was done the computer restarted. when restarting it will go to windows logo and then its stops at WINDOW IS STARTING UP...its stays like that. i kept it like that for one hour i thought it would upload the files u know, but nothin is happening. i dont know wat to do. any help will be appreciated. many thanks in advanced

boot into safe mode and restore your system to any date prior the uninstallation of your 'longhorn theme' (start/all programs/sustem tools/system restore)
