When I boot up each morning, it takes about 5 minutes or so after boot up for me to manually start other programs. This appeared after I had virus, but my consultant seemed to fix everything but that. The few programs that are in StartUp do start right up, but anything else I try, in Task Manager, says is not responding. Help? Thanks.
