Starting program before logon

I'm starting a program before logon the program was added using gpedit.msc starting fine but stays runnning only for anywhere from 10 min to 1/2hour and just goes to bit heaven I need this program to persist for as long as the machine is on any one now how to accomplish this?

I have no idea, but if it was me I would check the screen saver and power options straight away. Best of luck, Adam

It's a program for doing scheduled backups ,running on a server where only the administrator can logon

Do you have it set for the Service to start automatically? A little more info might be good too. Soylent Green is PEOPLE!!!
