Comment: hi everyone. i have starting problems, heres what happened..the computer was on, my nephew pulled the computer cables from the plug, so i put the cables back and i tried to restart the computer, it will only takes me up to this screen where there are option...such as,,safe mood, command promet, last known configration, start window normaly...so i did the last known config, but it will just go back and restart the computer goes to the same screen. i also did start window normally, its not doing anything...how can i solve this problem? any help is highly appreciated. many thanks to you all. leave it, or u gonna f--- it

Reply: (edit)Hi! Have you tried to enter in Safe Mode? If not, try it! If can't enter niether in safe mode..I think you have to reinstall the windows (even if I wouldn't explain to myself how do you got this problem by only unpluging your computer cables). Anyway, if you can enter, you might have a problem with a start-up program. In safe mode try to delete all the start-up programs, then reboot...this should work. Good luck :) Posted by Cojy...
