Starting a program without logging

CPU/Ram: Pentium IV with 256Mb

We are using Windows XP as our server and Winproxy as our proxy software. Is there any way to start our proxy software, so that we can just switch our server and need not login into our server.

then add the program to the startup folder if not there. Hope it helps
