Start Up Error of Window XP SP2?

February 7, 2009 at 13:51:36
Specs: Windows Vista
I post this from my cousin's laptop because my computer now has a really weird problem. Every time I turn it on, there will be one of these pops up:

1/ The CPU runs, but nothing happens to the monitor (actually the keyboard & the mouse work, but not the monitor >_<)
2/ The CPU runs, but then it suddenly stops right after the Window XP window, or sometimes it stops after the user window appears
3/ Everything seem ok, but then when it actually goes into the desktop, I get the message of the error: "Microsoft 100000ea....", and then the computer stops before I'm able to send an error report. And after that the computer just runs with a very noisy sound & I dare not to turn it off

Here is some infos of my computer
DELL
Pentium 4
Memory card: 1Gb
Window XP SP3 (Media center edition)

I try everything I can, but now I really have no idea of how to fix this problem.

Please help me with this! I really appreciate it!

You posted this in the XP Forum, referencing XP in your subject and post, but listing your OS as Vista. Which OS are you using?

If it is XP, what happened immediately preceding this problem? Have you booted to Safe Mode?

Oh, I post this message from my cousin's computer, which has the OS of Vista. My own computer, which was a XP, freezed for 5 days already.

Actually I can't get the chance to boot from SafeMode. Almost every time the computer gets to the Window screen, it's already stopped working, and I can't even push the Esc button to get to the Safe Mode.

You don't get to Safe Mode by booting to Windows and hitting Esc. You press F8 after post to load the Safe Mode menu.
