Ok, I just restarted my computer today, logged in, and opened the start menu and hovered over "All Programs". Seems normal so far, correct? Well, then Windows presented me with this error, as shown in this image: http://img117.imageshack.us/img117/681/odderror7zo.jpg
What's up with this? I ran a Registry Mechanic fix, and a System Restore to the last known time it worked, but to no avail! Is a DLL missing or is something else corrupt?

Formina, It wouldn't hurt to try regisreing the dll file referenced in the instructions at the link below.

Sorry this reply hasn't come sooner...I thought I replied once before already, but apparently it didn't go through.
I tried both of the above approaches, neither of which worked.
Furthermore, recently when I was switching tasks via Alt+Tab, I got a BSOD (dumping physical memory). This seems to be elevating itself. I really feel as though I've tried everything. The only thing I haven't done yet is actually check the physical RAM modules. I suppose I'll open up the case and do that once I post this message, but everything really seems to have been done already. The only thing I can remember doing on this PC before this started happening is installing Sisoftware Sandra 2007, but I uninstalled it after this started happening and it didn't help. Are there any more suggestions?
If all else fails, a reformat wouldn't help, would it?
