Maybe do Start,
Control Panel,
Add/Remove Programs,
then Add/Remove Windows Compontents. Look there ??

they are located in system32 folder
you should recognize them by their icons

OR
just the shortcuts are gone. The original Icons should be in
C:\WINDOWS\system32

Try Start, then RUN, then type
sol or
spider or
freecell

To expand on response 1:

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs...on the left side, click Add/Remove Windows Components. The 1st on the list should be "Accessories & Utilities"...double click it. Is Games checked? Double click on "Games" then put a check next to the games you want, click OK, OK again, Next, then Finish.
