sssvr.exe error

Everytime my system boots into windows everything will lag until an sssvr.exe error comes up prompting me to send or not to send. After I click "don't send", I've tried sending it a few times, but nothing ever comes back, everything will work fine. I did have the w32.lovegate and vbs.sorry.d virus, which I properly removed from the symantec website. I removed all spyware and adware on my system, yet it still pops up everytime I start windows. Any suggestion of what is going on? Thanks in advance
