what do you run for an antivirus program? you should download spybot search and destroy, for free, and do a scan of your entire system. delete the files which are associated with the spyware. also, get adaware (also free), and run a custom scan with that, as it will search through all your program files to remove any traces of bad BHO's. also, you can download, for free, hijackthis, and post your results on the forum, and someone can tell you which items should be removed. good luck.

There are a variety of spyware programs available on the web. My favourites are AdAware and Spybot Search and Destroy.

Get them here:
http://www.safer-networking.org/
and here:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

Update and run both regularly.
