Hi

Was wondering if anyone could help me,

The other day my computer dramattically slowed down. I have three spyware programs and virus + Firewall on there.

Now everytime i run the spyware programs the computer is infected with loggers and normal spyware, and everytime i run the virus program there is Trojan horses there despite deleting the infected files everytime. the viruses are always in c:\documents and settings\Username\local settings\temp

Also i get the odd popup when i open my browser.

I am sick of not being able to get rid of the problem.

cheers

Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual way. This happens to us all the time with computers and nobody thinks of complaining.

the proper forum to post this would be 'security and virus'

Reply:

#1) Temporarily disable System Restore
then,
#2) Do your scans in Safe Mode!
and
#3) Manually delete identified infection files

Re-boot.
