spyware terminator asking me what should be allow and what should be block,what should i need to do because i do not know what is ok and what is bad.spyware terminator asked me "process : ccapp.exe" i blocked it did i do wrong. i think it is from my "antivirus corporate 9" is there no option of default in this soft,thanks a lot

You can Google for each process name to find out what they are for. Cntrl+Alt+Del will get you to the task manager to view the running processes.

"ccapp.exe"=Control Center for your Anti-Virus, as you suspected... no real reason to block it.
