I have spysweeper and the 30 day trial expired. I also have spybot and adaware, but they do not seem to do as good a job as spysweeper. Is there another spy ware removal program that is more effective. I have two computers; The spyweeper (paying version) program for more than one computer will take up too much disc space.

You already have the best two freewware programs. If your Adaware isn't the SE version then you haven't uddated in some time. You need to manually search for updates with both of these programs. AdawareSE has at least one update a week. Spybot Search & Destroy 1.3 has less updates but its claim to fame is the "Immunize" feature. If you use this feature it blocks certain known sites. Currently if memory serves me correctly there are about 1500 blocked sites currently. Both have update features on the first screen of the program. I would venture to guess that you aren't using these programs correctly.

I use Spyhunter, which is shareware, and it works as well as Spysweeper, I tried spysweeper also and really liked it but I had paid for Spyhunter first and one can have overkill for spyware. not sure what you meant by saying it will take up to much space for two computers. What I do is download the program to my desktop, install it on that computer, then copy the .exe to a CD and install it onto my other computers, works fine that way.
