I have computer that has a new wallpaper but it says something about "spyware",now I have a lot of pop-ups,I have Norton installed already but how can i clean this,restore the pc?reinstall windows instead,what can I do?or would running scan with norton will clean it.

I suggest you get rid of Norton with the Norton Removal Tool, and download Avast and Spybot instead. Also it may be a good idea to post this in the Security and Virus forum instead.
